There actually is a design called ovate pontic to a bridge which will make it look as if the bridged tooth in the middle appears to come out of the gum and cannot trap food underneath. I cannot examine you, but sometimes this requires a small surgical procedure to create. I do it routinely for all my bridge-work and the result is excellent.

Ask your dentist about creating an ovate pontic for you. If your dentist does not know about it, locate and speak to a local prosthodontist who is the expert on crowns and bridges.
